Low cost conceptual design that presents the business with a justification to proceed into capital expenditure, with expected benefits quantified. |
Phase 3: Basis

To move the preferred option to an approved Basis of Design and Scope of Work. |

Detailed Schedule and Budget for the implementation. Reconfirmation of the business case. |
| Benefits |
Moderate cost to ensure the economics are sound and the scope sufficiently defined before committing to major capital expenditure. Sufficient detail to go to competitive tender if desired. |
Phase 4: Implement

Detailed engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning and handover. |

Implemented and online. Operations trained and maintaining modified system(s). |
