First formed in 2002, Plexal Group achieved their first 5 year business plan to grow to 60-80 people by 2007. The next five years will see continued growth and expansion internationally.
In 2003, the founders, Steve Jones and Len Bunn, conceived and implemented a strategic plan to redefine Plexal Group and create a model and environment that delivers top quartile projects for our Clients.
A cornerstone of this plan was to expand the ownership of Plexal Group. Currently with 23 shareholders, this model delivers benefits for all involved:

In 2006, the company continued to implement its plan by electing Dean Paton as our third director to the Board, and creating the position of Commercial Manager and employing Garret Botje in this role.
