Our first 5 year business plan, set in 2002, was achieved with the Australian business increasing 400% from 2004 to 2006 and our first branch office established in Thailand (increasingly recognised as a regional oil and gas services hub).

For the next 5 years, Plexal Group has updated its business plan to include the following growth strategies:

• Expanding service range for full Engineering services including Piping, Mechanical, Process, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control;
• Increase market exposure on East Coast of Australia;
• Focus on essential sectors; Energy & Water;
• Continuous improvement of our personnel retention strategies;
• 200 to 300 personnel; and
• Increase the number of shareholders in the company who bring inherent value.
