Plextreme Competition Rules
To ensure this competition stays within acceptable boundaries, every entrant must accept the following rules:
1. Our company logo must be visible in the photo. It can be any one of our clothing items, stickers, chairs, stubby holders etc so long as it is visible.
2. We reserve the right to reject any entries including instances such as:
a. unsafe acts;
b. indecent acts;
c. threaten or cause harm to property;
d. threaten or cause harm to the environment;
e. discriminate against a person, group or culture.
3. All employees, Clients and direct Contractors and their immediate families can submit entries.
4. You may enter as many times as you wish. All accepted entries will be posted on our website.
5. Unless the photo is specifically entered as a doctored or altered photo, entrants may need to provide evidence of authenticity e.g. a witness.
6. Entrants must have had an active participation in the activity. (Posting a Plexal Group sticker to your granny’s mother’n’law’s, second cousin’s nephew in New York to photograph the sticker on the back of GWB will not be acceptable!).
7. Winners will be selected by an independent judge who is a non-contestant, non-employee or relation thereof. Their decision will be final and absolute. Coercion and bribery are not likely to succeed and will be particularly difficult as we aren’t going to tell you their name!
